Simply pay $750 to secure your booking, the balance falling due 3 months prior to departure, with flexible payment options in between.
Booking Terms & Conditions
The following terms & conditions apply to all parties including in the booking, if the booking was made via telephone or email, the following conditions will be sent to you as part of the booking process.
These standard booking terms & conditions for Amateur Club Golfer Pty Ltd (Also referred to as ACG) ABN - 91 666 647 212 become part of any additional tour specific conditions.
All prices and charges are inclusive of GST, ACG is an Australian registered company.
To secure your booking we require a $750 Deposit.
We then follow up with a formal booking form that outlines the Tour and any specific terms and conditions. At this point a 25% payment is made. We then allow for flexible payments, with the final balance due 90 days prior to departure.
We understand this is an important part of planning a trip, and pride ourselves in offering options should you need to change or cancel plans.
To be clear, we do not charge any administration fees for our time to organise any request you may have for any Tour.
Each Tour involves many suppliers, hotels, golf clubs, transfers,& experience days, each having its own Supplier Agreement.
When your booking form is completed we always confirm the cancellation terms, as they can change.
Suppliers have their own booking criteria, this often means us paying deposits in advance, and being bound by their cancellation terms.
The good news, many allow for 100% refund if cancelled within a designated time frame, others do apply fees, or retain partial deposits, or can hold a credit for payments received.
If you need to cancel, and you have someone who would like to take your place, we can transfer details to the new golfer free of charge.
ACG must receive any cancellations in writing.
After the Tour has commenced no refund is available, for any part of the tour, including meals, accommodation, or other services not used. If any supplier refunds us for a green fee we always pass on any refunds to our clients, however this does not always happen.
For any reason, prior to commencement of the tour ACG reserves the right to cancel for any reason, including Political instability, minimum required numbers, threats of terrorism, natural disasters, & ACG staff and guest safety concerns. We can apply a credit towards another tour, and either pay the difference or receive a refund to match the cost of the new tour.
If one of our suppliers was to cancel and not deliver any part of the tour, ACG takes no responsibility, we will take action to obtain a refund or for an acceptable alternative be provided.
In the instance ACG cancels a tour, clients will be given two options, a full refund or we can apply a credit towards another tour.
We all love to travel, it does involve some risks.
Travel insurance policies differ. They might cover emergency medical expenses, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and other mishaps, significantly alleviating financial stress during such situations. Essentially, it's more important to have travel insurance and not need it, than to need it and not have it. Always review your policy details carefully to understand what is covered to ensure you are adequately protected for your journey.
Even though it is not compulsory, obtaining travel insurance is strongly recommended. Unforeseen circumstances can arise, such as needing to cancel your trip last minute, encountering health issues, or dealing with lost or stolen belongings while traveling. These incidents can incur significant unexpected expenses, and having insurance helps manage these financial risks.
In certain, rare instances, services can become unavailable by 3rd parties, and are beyond our control.
Your experience comes first and we immediately will seek alternatives of similar or better standards. We will always provide options and obtain your consent.
Our commitment to providing service beyond expectations, means we will work towards delivering an alternative solution that does not detract from the original tour itinerary.
Common examples of Force Majeure include natural disasters, epidemics, wars, and acts of terrisom.
In the event of Force Majeure we will act reasonable, but have no liability for failing to provide services.
Limitation of Liability in the event of Force Majeure
Clients will be offered a refund or an optional credit voucher, for all or part of the tour yet completed. A reasonable deduction will be made for any losses incurred due to the event, we will always take measures to minimise such losses. Travel Insurance is mandatory to protect yourself against losses in the event of Force Majeure.
When ACG make arrangements to organise a tour it acts only as an agent for the included suppliers, as as such we are bound by the terms and conditions specified by the Supplier, including any laws in the country the supplier operates.
Circumstances outside our control can change the tour itinerary and services provided, we will always where possible replace them with the same standard hotels, golf courses, & other tour operators.
We take pride in selecting our suppliers but accept no responsibility for any act or omission from any supplier.
ACG or any third parties in connection with the supply of such services, excludes all liability for any loss or damage whatsoever that may arise in any way in connection with the offer of goods and services. To the extent permitted by law.
The responsibility of all visas and health requirements for entry & exit of the intended tour fall on the customer, please familiarise yourself with all documents required by law. For international travel a valid passport with at least 6 months validity should be carried by each person. ACG does not accept responsibility, not liability for failure to ensure that you have all the correct documentation for travel.
All Prices indicated include GST and are per person, unless we state different in the final booking form.
We anticipate no changes to prices of tours, however we do commit to tours sometimes 12 months in advance to provide you with the best possible inclusions.
Any inclusions or itinerary changes will be communicated immediately and anticipated to be minimal, and as such we reserve the right to re-cost and or amend a tour.
If, in the reasonable opinion of event organisers or the reasonable opinion of any service providers of any part of your package, while on holiday your behaviour poses a danger to you or those around you, causes or is likely to cause damage to property of our suppliers or property of third parties, breaches any local law, is abusive or threatening, causes or is likely to be a public nuisance or you do not follow the instructions set by event organisers or any service provider, ACG reserves the right to immediately cancel your booking without refund.
The customer and accompanying guests agree to participate in a ACG package at their own risk. Event organisers, ACG and any other supplier of goods and services accept no liability for any death, injury, property loss or damage incurred during or arising out of any aspect of the package.
Motorised golf carts - The customer and accompanying guests, both agree to drive with due care and attention and are responsible for the costs to repair the cart and any property damaged as well as being liable for any personal injury claims. ACG shall not be liable for any misuse or improper operation of motorised carts.
Your Safety and comfort comes first whenever on tour, and we host official activities and rounds of golf.
It is important to note that outside of official tour activities as outlined in your itinerary, our duty of care does not extend to personal time taken outside of this time, such as but not limited to Social Dinners, & leisure activities not organised by ACG.
When a third party service provider is engaged we can take no responsibility nor accept liability for their actions, omissions, or services provided.
We always take great care in selecting third party operators and tour guides to enhance your tour experience.
Guests can use services like Smart Traveller provided by the Australian government, to receive guidance and responsible travel.
